Salaried GP

Brierley Park Medical Group based in Huthwaite, Mansfield are looking for an ambitious GP to help shape the future of general practice on their team.

Job Specification:

• Undertake a variety of duties including surgery consultations, telephone consultations and queries, visiting patients at home (we are a low visiting practice)
• Checking and signing repeat prescriptions and dealing with queries, paperwork and correspondence in a timely fashion
• Prescribing in accordance with the practice formulary
• Undertake all the normal duties and responsibilities associated with a GP working in primary care.

• CQC Rated Good in all areas
• High QOF and Enhanced Service Achievement
• Well established undergraduate and postgraduate teaching across both sites.
• Research Site Initiative (RSI) level 4
• GMS Practice with a list size of 18,300 patients
• Weekly clinical meetings

The practice is part of the Ashfield North Primary Care Network with whom they have excellent relationships; one of the partners is also Clinical Director for the PCN.
